Privacy and preferences
Cookie policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Tahminator may use cookies and similar technical records on the web service.
1. Essential records
Session, language, theme and security records may be required for account access and safe operation. Blocking them may disable login or page preferences.
2. Measurement and performance
Aggregated page speed, error and visit activity may be used to improve the service. Administration reports do not publish private user content.
3. Advertising technology
When web advertising is enabled, providers such as Google AdSense may use advertising or measurement cookies under their own policies and regional privacy controls.
4. Your controls
You can delete or block cookies in browser settings. Blocking essential session records can prevent membership features from working.
5. Updates
This page is updated when cookie use or providers change.
6. Manage privacy choices
Essential records keep the site working. You can allow or reject optional analytics and advertising storage. Your choice is saved for 180 days and can be changed here.
7. Web advertising and visitor measurement
The web and mobile web versions may use Google Analytics for visitor measurement and Google AdSense for advertising after approval. These services may process cookies, IP addresses, browser and device information and page interactions, and data may be shared with Google. In applicable regions, advertising and measurement preferences are managed through the consent message. Details are provided in our cookie policy and Google's data-use explanation. The session cookie lasts 14 days; the language cookie lasts 180 days. The theme preference remains until you delete it. Detailed server visit records (an IP-derived key, page, country and time) are kept for 180 days and removed at the next daily cleanup. Non-identifying cumulative counters are retained. Google Analytics and advertising retention depends on provider settings.
