This policy explains which data is collected through the Tahminator app and tahminator.com services, why it is used, and how it is protected.

During account creation and sign-in, we may collect first name, last name, birth date, username, email, country, and city. Basic technical data, session records, and in-app usage events may also be processed.
2. Purposes of use
Data is used to create accounts, manage sessions, maintain portal access, provide live content flows, run security checks, operate advertising infrastructure, monitor technical issues, and improve service quality.
3. Advertising and measurement
The Android app may use Google AdMob and similar advertising services. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction, and diagnostic technical data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, performance measurement, and limited analytics.
4. Cookies and session technologies
The web version may use cookies or similar technologies to keep sessions active, preserve sign-in state, and perform basic security checks.
5. Data sharing
User data is not sold except where required by law. Limited sharing may occur with service providers for hosting, analytics, security, advertising delivery, and technical operations.
6. Age limit
The service is only for users aged 18 or older. Users under 18 are not allowed to create an account.
7. Investment and betting responsibility
Portal analyses, news summaries, market comments, and statistical signals are for general information only. They are not investment advice, a binding betting commitment, or a guaranteed-profit promise.
8. Data security
We aim to protect data through account security, access control, session management, and server-side safeguards. No data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed as absolutely secure.
